A big thank you to all who helped make this week a success! Congratulations to our indoor groups with their SPIN Camp and FFCC Competition. Please don’t forget that we have our first meeting of the 2025-26 Season this coming Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
A quick reminder: If you have not yet paid the Concert Fair Share, please log in to your CutTime account and clear the charge so you are eligible for Band Banquet tickets.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

PARENT MEETING
Our first meeting of the 2025-2026 Season will be held in the MSD Media Center this Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 6:30 PM. In this meeting, we welcome new members, go over what the upcoming season will look like, and discuss board/ committee positions as well as volunteer opportunities. We hope to see you all there!
CONCERT BAND MPA
Our Symphonic Winds and Wind Orchestra bands will be assessed on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Monarch High School.
Symphonic Winds will meet at school in the morning, rehearse, and then take a bus to Monarch HS at 11:00 AM. We will perform at 1:30 PM, and students will have to be picked up at Monarch H.S. after the event at approximately 3:00 PM.
Wind Orchestra's meeting time will be approximately 5:30 PM at Monarch High School. Students will be responsible for their transportation to and from Monarch High School. We will perform at 7:45 PM, and students will be dismissed following the performance at approximately 9:00 PM.

WINTER GUARD PERFORMANCES ONLINE
This is a friendly reminder that due to copyright restrictions, posting videos of our Winter Program shows on social media and/or YouTube is strictly prohibited. Doing so could result in fines as well as penalties from WGI. Please wait until after APRIL 8th.

INDOOR PERCUSSION PAYMENTS
The latest payment was due Saturday, February 15, 2025, for the amount of $265.00. You may pay either via CutTime, Zelle, Check, or Cash. Please see Mr. Campbell if you have any questions.
PARKLAND DAY PARADE
Marching Band Battery will perform in the Parade, along with select volunteers. All students participating in the Parkland Day Parade must wear the Maroon ER Spirit Shirt, Black Shorts, and Sneakers. If you choose to wear a hat, it must be an ER Baseball Cap.
Staging time begins at 8 AM, and the parade begins at 10 AM. The approximate dismissal time is 11 AM.
PERCUSSION CAMP DAY
Rehearsal will be at either MSD or CSMS. We are working on the details and will update as soon as we can.
If we rehearse at CSMS, any students not participating in the parade will be required to help load and unload the truck before and after rehearsal. These students will also receive service hours for this. Please plan to eat lunch prior to rehearsal and bring a snack and your water.
BAND FAIR SHARE
All Students in periods 1 or 2, band class, or our Symphonic Winds or Wind Orchestra bands should have paid their Concert Fair Share and returned the signed form to Mr. R's office. Please do this ASAP if you have not yet done so.
The amount will be charged to your CutTime account if you have not yet paid. Please note that any unpaid balances on your account will make you ineligible to purchase Band Banquet tickets until cleared.

2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
Summer Band Camp
BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 7, 2025
BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025
BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025
All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
After School Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.
Please remember attendance at all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.

Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must
