ANNOUNCEMENTS
GUARD SHOW AT MSD
We are gearing up to host the annual Guard Show here at MSD on February 22, 2025. This event needs volunteers. It is required of all 2024-25 Eagle Regiment Members to volunteer for at least one shift unless you are a member of MSDi. We could use parent help as well, and we always need items donated.

WINTER GUARD PERFORMANCES ONLINE
This is a friendly reminder that due to copyright restrictions, posting videos of our Winter Program shows on social media and/or YouTube is strictly prohibited. Doing so could result in fines as well penalties from WGI. Please wait until after APRIL 8th.

A GUARD PROPS
The Stoneman Douglas A Guard needs your help! We’re looking for parent volunteers to assist in building the 3 remaining props for this season’s show. These will be easy to put together but we do need parents will to construct them. Whether you’re handy with tools or just willing to lend a hand, your support can make a big difference!
If you’re available to help, please reach out to Mr. Broadbent at dbroadbent@eagleregiment.com for more information. We are looking to finish them this Tuesday February 11th so they will be ready for our home show on February 22nd.

ADS DUE THIS WEEK!
MANDATORY WINTER GUARD AD FUNDRAISER
Attention Winterguard members: The mandatory Ad Book Fundraiser is due this week! As a reminder, every member of the Winter Guard is required to sell $100 in ads to support this season’s program. Any student not completing the $100 requirement will be assessed an additional $100 after the due date.
All paperwork needed for this fundraiser is located at https://www.stonemandouglasband.com/forms under the AD FORMS TAB.
Ads can be turned in to Mr. Broadbent in person OR can be submitted to ADS@EAGLEREGIMENT.COM
INDOOR PERCUSSION PAYMENTS
The next payment is due Saturday, February 15, 2025, for the amount of $265.00. You may pay either via CutTime, Zelle, Check, or Cash. Please see Mr. Campbell if you have any questions.
2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.
Spring Training
APRIL 29, 2025 - MAY 29, 2025
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
Summer Band Camp
BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 7, 2025
BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025
BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025
All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
After School Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.
Please remember attendance at all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.
BAND FAIR SHARE
All Students in periods 1 or 2, band class, or our Symphonic Winds or Wind Orchestra bands should have paid their Concert Fair Share and returned the signed form to Mr. R's office by Saturday, February 1, 2025.
The amount will be charged to your CutTime account if you have not yet paid. Please note that any unpaid balances on your account will make you ineligible to purchase Band Banquet tickets until cleared.

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:
Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must
pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.
