ANNOUNCEMENTS

EXTRACURRICULAR FORM:

All Students MUST fill out and turn this form in if they wish to participate this year. The latest we can accept it is this Tuesday, so please get it in before then. If you are unable to hand in a physical copy, please email a digital scan to Mrs. Campbell at Mepapresident@eagleregiment.com.

POPS'N PIES:

Pops-N-Pies is our annual fall season kick-off performance and fundraiser!

This year it will be held on September 13, 2024. Tickets must be pre-ordered and are now on sale for purchase! Only raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the door.

All donations are due by September 6, 2024. Each section is assigned a specific raffle basket to create. We ask each student to contribute 1 item or $15 towards their section's basket.

Ticket orders close September 11, 2024, so get yours now!! Everyone needs a ticket- Tickets for parents, family, and friends are $15 and tickets for Eagle Regiment members are $6. Tickets include pizza, pop, and a sweet treat! Points can be used, using coupon code 'POPS'.

SHOW/SENIOR SHIRTS:

We are excited to announce the 2024 Show Shirt is available for PRE-SALE!

Pre-Sale for both shirts ends Wednesday, September 4, 2024

We will be doing a pre-sale only- we will not be ordering to stock the regiment store. This pre-sale will be the ONLY order we place for show shirts. If you would like a show shirt this year you will need to order during the Pre-Sale.

Shirts are available to order now; the cost is $20 a shirt.

ALL Sales must go through the Regiment Online Shop. If you would like to use points, we ask that you still order through the store and use the coupon code 'SHOWSHIRT'. Eagle Regiment members automatically get a show shirt you do not need to order a show shirt for your Eagle Regiment member.

Our CLASS OF 2025 SENIOR SHIRT is also available for PRE-SALE!

This is a shirt for just Seniors and their families. It features the logos of the shows from the past 4 years on the front, and all of the seniors’ names on the back. This shirt is typically worn by parents on Senior night and can be worn by members as their show shirt.

Eagle Regiment Members DO NOT automatically get a senior shirt. If you would like your senior to have one you MUST order through the pre-sale link provided. If you would like to use points, please use the coupon code 'SENIORSHIRT'.

PRACTICE UNIFORM:

Students are required to wear a White Shirt, Black Shorts, and Sneakers (converse, vans, and similar shoes are not acceptable) to ALL Camps and Rehearsals.
