Eagle Regiment Family,
Great work this week!
If we maintain this same level of energy throughout the season, there's no doubt we'll achieve our goals. Students, please be prepared and bring a change of clothes to go outside during band class this week. Have your stand tunes ready for class as well. See you all Monday!
This week we will have our first football game of the season! Below you will find the uniform requirements for this game, and later this week a detailed itinerary and pack list will be posted on the BAND app.
The band runs parking for the football games. We must ensure we have enough volunteers to make this process run smoothly. Finally, all family members wishing to attend the game must purchase a ticket. These are sold by the football team; a link to purchase tickets will be posted on our website and the BAND app later this week.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
FOOTBALL GAME:
We'll be performing during the Home Football Game this Thursday. At halftime, we'll showcase this year's show and play stand tunes throughout the game.
All students are required to stay until the whole band is dismissed after the game.
GAME UNIFORM: Burgundy Spirit Shirt, Black Shorts, Black Sneakers. You may wear your Eagle Regiment baseball cap.
All Students will need to bring a dinner or have one dropped off to them. Other items that need to be packed will be posted on the BAND app later this week.
POPS'N PIES:
Our annual Pops'n Pies event will be held on September 13, 2024. Tickets will go on sale in a few weeks. Each section is assigned a specific raffle basket to create. We ask each student to contribute 1 item or $15 towards their section's basket.
If you own a business or know someone who would like to donate products, services, or gift certificates to our raffle, please contact Ms. Newhof at fundraising@eagleregiment.com.
PRACTICE UNIFORM:
Students are required to wear a White Shirt, Black Shorts, and Sneakers (converse, vans, and similar shoes are not acceptable) to ALL Rehearsals.

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:
Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must
pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.
